Brake Shoe: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Loosen the wheel nuts.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove the wheel.
4. Release the brake shoes.
5. Remove the brake drum.

Remove the retainers (if equipped).

Remove the drum.
6. Make sure that the wheel hub flange is in the correct position as shown.
