Wheel Cylinder: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Remove the brake shoes. 

2. NOTE:  Cap the brake tube connection to prevent fluid loss or dirt ingress.

Remove the wheel cylinder.

Disconnect the brake tube union.

Remove the bolts.

Installation 

1. Install the wheel cylinder.

Install the bolts.

Connect the brake tube union.

2. Install the brake shoes. 
3. Bleed the brake system. 
4. Operate the brake pedal to adjust the brake shoes.
