Audible Warning Device: Description and Operation
Warning Devices

The warning chime provides the driver with an audible warning for ignition on, seat belt not fastened, key in ignition, driver door open and lights on, or
driver door open. The system comprises, a safety belt buckle with integral switch, ignition switch and driver door interior lamp switch. The warning
chime is integral to the central timer module.

The system uses a number of inputs to provide the driver with audible warnings.

The Central Timer Module (CTM) acts as the system monitor for the driver audible warnings. It receives inputs from the switches and triggers the 
warning chime.
