Locate the constant tension clamp at the lower radiator hose-to-coolant crossover pipe connection. See Figure 1.

Move the clamp approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch down the hose and secure over the flange on the end of the coolant crossover pipe. See Figure 2.

Install a new clamp (B7AZ-8287-C) in the original location of the constant tension clamp. Tighten the clamp to 2 Nm (18 lb-in). See Figure 2.

5.

Lower the vehicle.

6.

Start the engine and check for leaks.
