Check the circuits for shorts to ground. The circuits are accessible at the two connector blocks located on top of the central junction box or at the
black 10-way connector on the bottom of the central junction block. Unplug the connector from the central junction block and check the circuits
for continuity to ground.

If circuit is grounded, trace circuit to location of short and repair.
