Installation
CAUTION: To avoid damage to the CV joints and boots, do not bend the inner CV joint by more than 18 degrees, the outer CV joint by not
more than 45 degrees.
1. NOTE: Use a new snap-ring Do not damage the oil seal. Check that the snap-ring engages correctly
Install the halfshaft
CAUTION: To avoid damage to the CV joints and boots, do not bend the inner CV joint by more than 18 degrees, the outer CV joint by
not more than 45 degrees.
2. Using the special tool install the wheel hub.
3. Install the wheel hub retaining nut fingertight.
4. CAUTION: Do not damage the CV joint boot and the wheel speed sensor ring.
