Remove the "E" ring from the clevis pin as shown in Figure 2.

Remove the clevis pins from the seat track and replace them with the newly designed bolts.
5.
Attach nuts to the bolts and tighten to 12-16 N-m (9-14 ft.lbs.).
6.
Secure the seat track to the seat cushion and tighten all four attaching screws to 12-24 N-m (9- 17 ft.lbs.). Refer to Section 41-08 in the Taurus/
Sable Car Shop Manual.
7.
Secure the seat and track assembly in the vehicle and follow the torque requirements as shown. Refer to Section 41-08 in the Taurus/Sable Car
Shop Manual.
