9. Remove A/C cycling switch from suction accumulator/drier.
INSTALLATION
1. Install A/C cycling switch on suction accumulator/drier.
2. Position suction accumulator/drier in A/C accumulator bracket.
3. Using new O-ring seals lubricated with clean Motorcraft YN-12b refrigerant oil or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B,
connect suction accumulator/drier inlet tube to A/C evaporator core outlet and A/C manifold and tube to suction accumulator/drier.
4. Tighten screw in A/C accumulator bracket.
5. Connect wire harness connector to A/C cycling switch.
6. Install A/C hose support bracket and retaining nut.
7. Install radiator coolant recovery reservoir and engine ground strap with bolt and nut.
8. Connect hoses to radiator coolant recovery reservoir.
9. Leak-test, evacuate and charge the system following recommended service procedures. Observe all safety precautions. See: Service and
Repair/Evacuation
10. Check system for proper operation.
