NOTE:  Whenever a refrigerant line is replaced, it is also necessary that the suction accumulator/drier be replaced.

REMOVAL

1. Discharge system. 
2. Remove nut retaining A/C hose support bracket.
3. Disconnect suction accumulator/drier inlet tube from A/C evaporator core using Spring Lock Coupling Tool and position to improve access to

condenser to evaporator tube. Cap refrigerant line and A/C evaporator core to prevent entrance of dirt and moisture.

4. Disconnect condenser to evaporator tube from A/C evaporator core inlet using Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tool 412-026

(T81P-19623-G1). Cap A/C evaporator core inlet to prevent entrance of dirt and moisture.

5. Raise vehicle on hoist.
