ACTION:

Install a radio noise suppression capacitor assembly (F0DZ-18841-A) in series with the heated windshield power feed lines, Figures 1-4.
Refer to the following procedure for service details.

1.

Disconnect the heated windshield power feed line connector, Figures 1-4.

2.

Connect a suppression capacitor (F0DZ-18841-A) in series with the heated windshield power feed line.

3.

Ground the suppression capacitor as shown in Figures 1-4.
