SEAT TRACK - POWER SEAT LOOSE - DRIVER'S OUTBOARD FRONT PEDESTAL SEPARATED OR PARTIALLY SEPARATED

FORD:

1986-88 TAURUS

LINCOLN-MERCURY: 1986-88 SABLE

ISSUE:

A new service procedure and parts are now available to repair the driver's outboard seat track front pedestal bracket.

ACTION:

Replace the pedestal bracket. Refer to the following procedure for service details. It is no longer necessary to replace the entire outboard 
seat track assembly.
