e. Install intake manifold carefully to avoid smearing gasket compound.
f.
Apply pipe sealant D8AZ-19558-A or equivalent to intake manifold attaching bolts and underside of bolt heads.
g. Torque bolts in sequence, Fig. 14, in the following increments; 5 ft. lbs., 10 ft. lbs., then to the final torque of 18 ft. lbs.
