Electric Actuators Replace

MODELS W/ELECTRONIC AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM ONLY

Blend Door Actuator

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Loosen instrument panel and pull back from cowl.

3.

Disconnect blend door actuator electrical connector from bracket on evaporator case.

4.

Remove three actuator attaching screws.

5.

Lift actuator straight up approximately 1/2 inch to disengage it, then pull back toward passenger compartment and remove from vehicle. The
mounting bracket will remain in place on the evaporator case.
