Power Steering Line/Hose: Service and Repair
Quick Connect Power Steering Fitting Seal Replacement

Connector assemblies are used at the location indicated. If a leak occurs, follow the procedure described:
1. Tighten fitting to the specification for the location.

2. NOTE:  If leak continues, do not apply additional torque or damage to the pump housing or steering gear housing may result.

If leak continues, replace Teflon seal on the connector assembly. Use Teflon Seal Replacer 211-D027 (D9OP-3517-A) or equivalent.
