Under some load conditions, the parking brake handle on 1984 Tempo/Topaz may rattle or "buzz". This concern was noted during an assembly plant
audit. No field reports have been received. However, a production change will be made to add a neoprene washer between the spring and rod to reduce
the possibility of this rattle occurring. The effective date of the production change is approximately 2/17/84.
