Loss of engine coolant or engine overheat condition on the 2.3L HSC engine may be caused by insufficient sealing at the heater inlet tube fitting
attaching to the intake manifold assembly indicated by droplets between the nut and the tube.

This condition can be serviced by replacing the heater inlet tube assembly using part number E43Z-9D424-C. Position the clip that is provided to the
heater hose as shown (Figure 10) and re-torque the screw to 20-30 N-m.
