Vehicles which exhibit rough running/misfire or loss of power during warm engine operation can be serviced by installing new AWSF-52 spark plugs.
1.
Remove and examine the spark plugs for premature Electrode errosion.
2.
If premature errosion exists, remove the existing spark plugs and install AWSF-52 spark plugs. Torque to 7.0 to 14.0 N-m.

Using a sharpie marker, update the vehicle emission control information decal reflecting the spark plug revision (Figure 10).
