Using a wiring tap (Part No. C7AZ-14487-B, take remaining grey/yellow stripe wire and tap into the yellow wire (circuit 37) near the harness
connector. (See Figure 16).

Reconnect the negative battery cable.

D.

Place the ignition switch in the off position and verify that fan runs by disconnecting the coolant temperature switch and connecting a jumper wire
across the two terminals of the harness connector.
