Position the two (2) piece service flange (F33Z-5G233-A) onto the catalyst inlet pipe, Figure 2.

a.

Be sure the open side of the flange faces the catalyst.

b.

Secure the two (2) 5/16"-18 flange bolts.

4.

Secure the catalyst to the inlet pipe with two (2) spring and bolt assemblies, Figure 2. Tighten bolts to 55 N-m.
