REASONS FOR
Engine cooling fans on some of the affected cars may

loosen and contact the fan shroud. This may result in
damage to the fan motor that can cause it to become inoperative. Engine damage could result if the engine cooling fan
becomes inoperative, and an operator should fail to react to the instrument panel engine coolant temperature gauge.

The service for this program is available during the

REFUNDS
Any owner who has paid for the repairs described in
this program will be refunded the costs of parts and labor. Repairs must have been made prior to the receipt of the
notification of this program.
