File or sand bracket and bumper mating surfaces to remove weld flash so bracket fits flush to bumper, Figure 1.

5.

Wipe bumper and mounting bracket mating surfaces with isopropyl alcohol.

6.

Make sure bracket and bumper line up properly using locating nibs on bumper, Figure 1.

7.

Mix equal amounts of the two-part adhesive. The mixed adhesive must be used within five

minutes.

Apply mixed adhesive to mounting bracket flange and install on bumper, Figure 2.

9.

Lightly clamp bracket to bumper to keep bracket in place. Use cardboard or piece of wood or similar material to protect bumper outside surface.

10.

Allow adhesive to set-up for one (1) hour before removing clamp. Do not reposition during setup time.

11.

Install bumper on vehicle.
