ISSUE:
Intermittent illumination of the Malfunction Indicator Lamp "MIL" may be experienced during severe cold temperatures. The lamp may come on for a
short time then turn off.

ACTION:
Confirm code "15" is in memory by performing quick test. Replace the processor with a new level processor now available, when code "15" is
confirmed.

Obtain an Authorized Modifications Decal and list the date, dealer number, and summary of alterations performed. Select a prominent place adjacent to
the Vehicle Emission Control Information Decal suitable for installing the Authorized Modifications Decal. Clean the area, install the decal, and cover it
with a clear plastic decal shield.
