Intake Manifold Assembly Removal
13.
Slide the intake manifold assembly off of the studs and remove it from the cylinder head.
14.
Remove the gasket and discard.
Camshaft Sensor Replacement
15.
Remove the camshaft sensor attaching screws.
16.
Remove the sensor from the cylinder head.
INSTALLATION
1.
Inspect the camshaft sensor "O"-rings for damage and replace as necessary.
2.
Lubricate the "O"-rings with light engine oil and insert the sensor into the cylinder head.
3.
Install the retaining screws and torque them to 15-22 lbs. ft. (20-30 N-m).
4.
Clean and inspect the mating surfaces of the manifold and cylinder head. Both surfaces must be clean and flat.
5.
Clean and oil the intake manifold studs.
6.
Place a new gasket over the studs.
