REMOVAL
1.
Raise and support front of vehicle.
2.
Remove wheel and tire assembly, then remove brake pads as described previously.
3.
Remove brake hose-to-caliper fitting, Fig. 4.
4.
Remove two caliper attaching bolts, then lift caliper from rotor.
INSTALLATION
Before installing caliper, remove guide pin bushing dust boots and push out caliper guide pin bushings. Lubricate guide pin bushings with high
temperature grease D7AZ-19590-A or equivalent.

Install brake pads and shims as described previously.
2.
Position caliper over rotor, then install caliper attaching bolts. Torque caliper bolts to specification.
3.
Position flex hose on caliper, then install two new copper washers and banjo bolt on flex hose. Torque bolt to specification.
4.
Perform front brake bleeding procedure, then install wheel and tire assembly.
