Disconnect the body side door control unit connector C371 (Figure 8). Check for continuity between Pin 1 (Y/P) and Pin 8 (BL/W) while turning
the door key cylinder with the key. Refer to Figure 9. If no continuity is found, replace the door lock cylinder.

On 1996 model year vehicles only, if all circuits/actuators are OK, replace the SEC timer module.
