Seat Track: Testing and Inspection
Use these steps to check the rear seat track adjusting handle effort:
1. Remove the rear seat rear adjusting handle.
2. Use a torque wrench to measure the rear seat track adjusting handle effort.

Record the torque value when the seat is first able to move.

Rear seat track adjusting handle effort should be 1-3 Nm (13-34 Lb In).
3. Measure the rear seat track adjusting handle effort at all five locking positions.
