9. Remove the inboard front brake shoe and lining from the front disc brake caliper.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the inboard front brake shoe and lining on the front disc brake caliper.
2. Install the outboard front brake shoe and lining on the front disc brake caliper.
3. Position the front disc brake caliper on the front disc brake rotor with the stainless steel locating pins.
4. Install the brake caliper bolts. Tighten the brake caliper bolts to 24-34 Nm (18-25 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 98-118 Nm (72-87 ft. lbs.).
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir with Ford High Performance DOT 3 Brake Fluid C6AZ-195A2-AB or DOT 3 equivalent meeting Ford
specification ESA-M6C25-A.
8. Pump the brake pedal several times to position the caliper piston.
