2. Lubricate the stainless steel locating pins with Silicone Dielectric Compound D7AZ-19A331-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification
ESE-M1C171-A.
3. Install the brake caliper bolts. Tighten the brake caliper bolts to 24-34 Nm (18-25 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the banjo bolt and new copper washer. Tighten the banjo bolt to 17-20 Nm (12-14 ft. lbs.).
5. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir with Ford High Performance DOT 3 Brake Fluid C6AZ-19542-AB or DOT 3 equivalent meeting Ford
specification ESA-M6C25-A.
6. Bleed the brake system.
7. Install the wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 98-118 Nm (72-87 ft. lbs.).
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Road test the vehicle.
