6. Remove two A/C condenser core bolts and remove the A/C condenser core from the vehicle.
7. Inspect the A/C condenser core.
INSTALLATION
1. If installing a new A/C condenser core, add 30-50 ml (1.0-1.7 fl. oz.) of refrigerant oil to the new A/C condenser core.
2. Position the A/C condenser core in the vehicle. Install the two A/C condenser core bolts. Tighten the A/C condenser core bolts to 6-8 N.m (53-70
lb-in).
3. Install the A/C condenser inlet tube bracket.
4. Connect the A/C compressor to condenser tube at the spring lock coupling.
5. Connect the condenser to evaporator tube at the spring lock coupling.
6. Install the radiator.
7. Evacuate and charge the A/C system.
8. Leak test the A/C system.
