Brake Light Switch: Adjustments
1. Adjust the brake pedal free height.
2. Measure the distance between the brake pedal stopper and the threaded end of the Brake ON/OFF (BOO) switch. The BOO switch height (A)
should be 0.3-1.0 mm (0.012-0.039 inch).
3. If the BOO switch height is not within specification, loosen the BOO switch locknut.
4. Adjust the BOO switch until the height is within specifications.
5. Tighten the BOO switch locknut to 12-15 Nm (9-11 Lb Ft).
