Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair
Coolant Crossover Tube Replacement
REMOVAL
1. Remove the lower intake manifold.
2. Remove the heater water hose from the lower heater pipe.
3. Loosen the lower radiator hose clamp and remove the lower radiator hose from the coolant crossover tube.
4. Remove the water bypass hose from the water hose connection.
5. Remove the two coolant crossover tube bolts.
6. Remove the two thermostat housing bolts.
7. Remove the coolant crossover tube with the: thermostat housing attached.
