Remove two (2) fuel tank support strap retaining bolts. See Figure 5.

Position fuel tank support straps aside.
15.
Lower fuel tank.
16.
Place fuel tank on bench.
17.
Remove and discard fuel pump supply hose, return hose and clamps. See Figure 6.
Installation
When installing clamps for the fuel hoses, spring clamps must only be used on return lines.
1.
Install new fuel pump supply hose and return hose using new clamp.
