Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
4. Position a suitable container under the oil pressure sensor.
5. Remove the oil pressure sensor from the oil filter adapter.
INSTALLATION
1. Apply Pipe Sealant with Teflon D8AZ-19554-A meeting Ford specification WSK-M2G350-A2 to the threads of the oil pressure sensor as shown
and install the oil pressure sensor on the oil filter
2. Tighten the oil pressure sensor securely.
