Brake Light Switch: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Squeeze the Brake ON/OFF (BOO) switch electrical connector lock tabs to disconnect the BOO switch electrical connector.
3. Loosen the BOO switch locknut.
4. Remove the BOO switch.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the BOO switch.
2. Adjust the BOO switch.
3. Tighten the BOO switch locknut to 12-15 Nm (9-11 Lb Ft).
4. Connect the BOO switch electrical connector.
5. Connect the battery ground cable.
