Steering Column Lock: Description and Operation
The steering column lock helps prevent vehicle theft by locking the position of the steering wheel. The steering column is locked by turning the ignition
switch to the OFF/LOCK position, removing the key from the ignition switch lock cylinder and turning the steering wheel slightly to the right or left. The
ignition switch must be in the OFF/LOCK position to remove the key.
