Parking Brake Release Switch: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Position the fuse junction panel aside.

Remove the screw.

Position the fuse junction panel aside.

3. Disconnect the parking brake electrical connector.

4. Remove the parking brake control switch electrical terminal screw.
5. Depress the parking brake pedal.

6. Remove the parking brake control switch.
