Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve: Testing and Inspection

Check the brake booster hose and vacuum hose for cuts, abrasions and cracks.

If any of these conditions exist, install a new brake booster hose and vacuum hose.

Using Vacuum Tester, apply a vacuum to the brake booster side of the of the power brake booster check valve. If a vacuum does not exist, install a
new power brake booster check valve.
