Water Pump: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Drain the engine cooling system. 
2. Remove the crankshaft pulley. 

3. Remove the water pump pulley.

1. Remove the bolts.
2. Remove the water pump pulley.

4. Remove the six lower timing belt cover bolts.
5. Lower the vehicle.

6. Remove the upper radiator hose. 

1. Remove the bolt. 
2. Release the clamps.
3. Remove the upper radiator hose.
