Drive Belt: Service and Repair
Water Pump
Removal
1. Remove the generator belt; refer to Belt-Generator.
2. Remove the water pump and power steering drive belt.
1. Loosen the water pump and power steering drive belt idler pulley lock bolt.
2. Loosen the water pump and power steering drive belt idler pulley adjustment bolt.
Installation
1. NOTE: Inspect the pulleys for warping or abnormal wear.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Adjust the water pump and power steering belt.

Adjust the generator belt.
