4. Confirm that the distributor rotor head is set as shown.
5. Install the distributor cap.

Position the distributor cap and connect the spark plug wires.

Tighten the distributor cap screws.
6. Connect the battery ground cable.
NOTE: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive
strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.
