Evaporator Case: Service and Repair

REMOVAL 

1. Discharge and recover the refrigerant.  See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery

2. Position the Power Steering Junction Block aside.

3. Disconnect the refrigerant line spring lock couplings from the A/C evaporator core.
4. Remove the instrument panel.

5. Remove the lower instrument panel brace.

Remove the bolts.
