Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Auxiliary

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the auxiliary evaporator case assembly.

2. Remove the auxiliary A/C evaporator core.

Remove the auxiliary A/C evaporator case bolts.

-

Separate the evaporator case and remove the evaporator core.

CAUTION:  Plug all ports to prevent contamination from dirt or moisture.

INSTALLATION 

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
