1. Verify the customer concern by operating the system.

3. Verify the headlamps are operating correctly. Correct any concerns before proceeding to the next step.
4. Verify the charging system is operating correctly. Correct any concerns before proceeding to the next step.
5. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
