8. Disconnect the A/C evaporator lines from A/C expansion valve.
9. Disconnect the lines from inside the vehicle.

Remove the nuts.

Remove the lines.
CAUTION: Plug all ports to prevent contamination from dirt or moisture.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Lubricate the new O-ring seal using PAG Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (MC YN-12b) meeting Ford specification
WSH-M1C231-B.
