Evaporative Vapor Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

WARNING:  DO NOT SMOKE, CARRY LIGHTED TOBACCO OR OPEN FLAME OF ANY TYPE WHEN WORKING ON OR
NEAR ANY FUEL-RELATED COMPONENT. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE MIXTURES ARE ALWAYS PRESENT AND MAY BE
IGNITED, RESULTING IN POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.

2. Remove the EVAP emissions canister shield.

Remove the push pins.

Remove the bolts.

3

Remove the screws.

3. Remove the EVAP canister bracket screws.

4. Remove the EVAP canister pressure sensor.

Remove the EVAP canister pressure sensor purge line.

Disconnect the EVAP canister pressure sensor electrical connector.

Remove the EVAP canister pressure sensor bolts.
