The index dot material on all Michelin tires has been revised.
Previously, the dot-mark material was highly water soluble and easily removed. The revised dot material is a non-water soluble type so that it will not be
washed off prior to assembly to the wheel. Removing the mark is more difficult, but it is still readily removed using a brush or high pressure stream of
water, such as that found in most self-service car washes.
