SUBJECT
Missing "Hand Wash Car Only" Label

MODEL
R53 (Cooper S with JCW GP Kit)

SITUATION
Due to the unique design of the rear spoiler on the Cooper S JCW GP Kit, damage to the spoiler and/or body of the car may occur if the car is taken
through an automatic car wash. As a precaution, all of these vehicles should have a label on the B Pillar reminding the customer to HAND WASH CAR
ONLY, in addition to a note in the Supplemental Owner's Manual. 

Some of these vehicles did not have this label installed prior to dealer delivery.

CAUSE
This label was inadvertently not installed during processing prior to dealer delivery.

The label should be applied prior to customer hand over.
