Parking Brake Actuator: Service and Repair
Replacing parking brake lever
Remove centre console.
Remove centre console mounting.
Slacken handbrake cable adjuster nut (1).
Disconnect ends of handbrake Bowden cable from compensator.
Remove bolts securing handbrake to body (1).
Handbrake lever to body
M8 ..................................................................................................................................................................................................................... 25 Nm
Remove bracket (2).
Disconnect harness connection to handbrake switch.
