Replacing Halogen Bulb For Left (or Right) Headlight

63 99 071 - Replacing halogen-light bulb for left or right headlight

Warning!

Follow instructions for handling light bulbs (exterior lights).  See: Service Precautions/Instructions For Handling Light Bulbs (Exterior Lights)

Remove cover (1) of halogen bulb for headlight.
Up to 07/04:

Release lock (3) and remove halogen bulb for headlight (4) from headlight.
From 07/04:

Unclip halogen bulb for headlight (4) towards rear from catch.
All:

Disconnect plug connection (2) and remove halogen bulb for headlight (4).

Installation Note:

Make sure halogen bulb for headlight (4) is correctly seated.
