Throttle Body: Service and Repair
Removing And Installing/Sealing Throttle Assembly
Turn off ignition.
Remove intake filter housing.
Release hose clip (1) and disconnect intake pipe (2).
Remove tank venting valve pipe (1) from throttle valve assembly.
Disconnect connector (2).
Remove screws (3).
Remove throttle assembly (4).
Tightening torque 9 Nm.
Replace sealing ring between throttle assembly and intake manifold.
